We are a growing Trust of 13 schools. This new role, within the senior leadership team of the Trust, is a key appointment for us. Our vision for the adults who work within our Trust to ‘flourish and succeed’ is clear, and you will be pivotal in making this a reality.
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, dynamic and forward-thinking HR Manager, with exceptional interpersonal skills. Using your knowledge, experience and skills, you will be dedicated to providing high-quality HR support that makes a clear difference to all employees of the Trust, whilst ensuring compliance with employment law and relevant legislation.
You will be integral to our work to establish and mature the way our clusters of academies operate and collaborate. We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and highly-skilled HR professional with excellent communication skills. You should possess the skils to drive, develop and deliver effective HR systems, the ability to support staff enabling them to flourish and you should thrive on working independently, but also in partnership with the Trust central team and schools .
